Transcent is a new exciting way to discover & own many new designer fragrances without committing a full-size bottle.
We are a fragrance discovery subscription service where you can discover different designer fragrances at your selection, every month starting at IDR 169.000 for 8mL; enough to last you 30 days with 4 sprays each day.
After you have started your subscription, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. We will then ship your desired fragrance of the month within 14 working days. Your next order date will be the same date at 8pm for next month (ie: if you start subscribing on 15th March, your next order date will be 15th April, 8pm). You can change your perfume choice up to 1 day before your next order date, and we will notify you 5 days via e-mail before the order is locked for new changes.
If no perfume is chosen for the month, our team will manually reach out to you to get a double confirmation before we ship your parcel out, however to avoid any further delay, do start building up your upcoming lineup through your Manage My Subscription page! You can pause or skip your subscription with just a click via your account.
We are committed to sourcing only authentic and genuine fragrances from authorized and / or legitimate channels.
All fragrances are 100% authentic.
The perfume is repackaged and rebottled by us independently, under strict quality control and conforming to the highest standards, to ensure you get the same exact content as the original perfumes. Transcent is not affiliated or associated with any of the brands directly or indirectly.

Right now, we only deliver to Indonesia. However, we are expanding to Singapore & Malaysia next! Do drop your email at our subscription list if you want to be the first to be notified when we launch in the upcoming countries.

Currently, we have 2 subscription plans available, which is Transcent & Transcent+
With Transcent Plan, we are delivering great fragrances at great value. This subscription plan is suitable for scent discovery without breaking the bank.
Transcent+ is a subscription plan for high end fragrances. We grant access to premium tier labels at a fraction of the price.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
We will notify you via e-mail once your fragrance is shipped and also please allow 7 working days for it to reach you.

We accept debit and credit card payment from all major banks as well as e-wallet payments such as OVO and Shopeepay. All payments are secured and encrypted, and PCI-compliant.
Our registered payment gateway is Duitku.
Yes, you can pause your subscription for as long as you wish to. If you want to skip this month, you will need to update your subscription status in the account page 1 day before you delivery date. After a skipped month, your membership will become active again automatically and payment will be debited unless you manually go back into your account and opt to re-skip.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. To unsubscribe, simply login and click on "Manage Subscription". You may select the "Cancel my Subscription". Please note that you will need to cancel your subscription 1 day before your next order date.
Yes, feel free to make any changes to your selection. Please note that the change will need to be made at least 1 day before your order date. Visit this page to learn how our subscribers are changing their choice of perfume every month through their Manage My Subscription page
Yes, you can. Simply log in and click on "Manage Subscription" and select on "Change my Billing Details".
Your card will be charged monthly at 8pm of the date when you first subscribed. For example, if you start subscribing on 15th of January, you'll be charged on next month on 15th of February at 8pm. Your next Order Date can be found on your Manage My Subscription page.
Yes, you can. You may start a subscription with us, and after selecting and receiving your fragrance of the month, log back in to cancel your subscription. We would be happy to have you every month as we throw in surprises gifts (like free case, free perfumes and more) throughout your subscription with us!
Thank you for the love and support! As an appreciation for sharing your scent-discovery journey with us, expect to receive surprise gift(s) every time you hit the 3-, 6-, 9-, 12-month mark! It could be anything from a fragrance pouch to another sleek travel case!

No worries, we've got you covered. Our customer support team will reach out to you to get a double confirmation if you'd like to get the same perfume or a different perfume or our Handpicked SOTM (Scent of the Month).
While we believe this is a fun new way to discover new fragrances as a surprise every month, they may or may not align with your personal tastes. Furthermore to avoid any delay and to ensure you receive a fragrance of your choice every month, be sure to add it to your queue 1 day1 before your order date.

A monthly fragrance subscription with us is only at IDR 169.000 for Transcent and IDR 229.000 for Transcent+
There is no cancellation fee and shipping is free.
Oh no, we're sorry to hear that. Due to the nature of our product and as we guarantee 100% authenticity of fragrances, fragrances cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
